Service is very worst in IFB. They are very bigger cheaters. A service man form IFB came to our and said that to repair our machine it will cost us Rs.7000. So we decided not to repair. While leaving from our home he had stolen a belt from this machine, which we got to know only when we called a local machanic to repair it. He repaired for Rs.1500. Again machine went with different proble. now we have thorwn it. Please never ever buy any appliance form IFB. I spoke to IFB regional manager, but nothing had been done.

I REALYY ANTED TO BUY THIS PRODUCT BUT THE REVIEW ARE SO BAD SO I HAVE TO CHANGE MY MIND TO BUY DIFFERENT. I THOUGHT IFB WOULD BE THE TUR BRAND ( TRUST) I AM AFRAID AFTER SUCH HORRYFYING REVIEW. COMPANY SHOULD COMPENSATE THE CUSTOMERS FOR SUCH MENTAL HARRASMENT.

2. IF YOU GO FOR OTHER MACHINE WITH SAME FEATURE YOU WILL SURELY GO MAD.
3. GETTING SERVICE FRO ANY COMPANY IS IN YOUR HAND (NO DEALER WILL GIVE YOU SERVICE AFTER SALES)YOU HAVE TO GET IT FROM COMPANY AND THEIR OFFICIAL SERVICE EMPLOYEES WITH OUT HESITATION AND BY FIRING TO ANY LIMIT.

I went to purchase a washing machine of different company but dealer force me to purchase IFB elena with high budget. by seeing revew in net I changed my decision not to purchase IFB. Can any body suggest me within 10,000/- which model or company is suitable for me may be semi automatic. please don't give your opinion.
